The breakfast here was excellent, offering high-quality food in a relaxed setting and providing everything you could ask for.

The venue is ideal, clean and the location is great near to good choices of places to go out, Close to the main railwaystation, and many night clubs.

Property was excellent value and absolutely brilliant, we greatly enjoyed this place.

Everything was amazing, incredible location adjacent to very close to station, the central train station, and many night clubs, very comfortable experience. The superfriendly staff was much appreciated. The hotel provided an excellent breakfast with a very relaxed atmosphere and fruit, as example.

Lovely place all in all, has very nice staff from receptionist to receptionist. Overall brilliant food.

It was very close to Hamburg Central Station about a minute walk, it was a very clean room and I felt very welcomed.

It made our trip to Hamburg a pleasant experience. the place was great value, we enjoyed it. - the location was perfect for walking around a major art museum. - the area was secure very close to train and bus transport, at least three good restaurants, and the train station which is nice. - the economy double room was functional and had a comfortable bathroom.

This was the worst 3 star hotel which I stayed in my whole life. 1 - the area was full of dangerous poeple.2- There was no refrigerator in the room. 3 - the room was very very small.4- Asking deposit for the key of saftey box.5- The hotel staff who asked for the deposit was not respectful.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, good location, everything we need is nearby, incl. main railway station, so you can get everywhere in some minutes by train or by bus. Free WiFi is also very useful.

Breakfast was everything one would expect from a 3 star accomodation

We booked a family room for 4 and we got what was originally a double room with two beds added. One of those two was actually an expanded sofa. So one can imagine that once beds were streched there was hardly any space left to move around. We booked this room for 90 e (incl.breakfast) and I reckon that it was ok price for the accomodation that we were given. However it was advertised as reduced from 315 e to 90 e so I expected a bit more space. I can not imagine anyone paying 300+ Euros for this and leaving the hotel happy.

Convenient to main train station and city centre. Very clean and comfortable room. This was my second stay at Hotel Eleazar, I have recommended this hotel to friends and I will certainly stay there again.

Difficult to find anything wrong with this hotel! Maybe the morning coffee could have a little more "flavour".

The room is clean and affordable, and the bed is comfortable for a peaceful night's sleep.
